I GOT A TICKET, WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If you got a traffic ticket in Riverside County and want to take a Riverside County Traffic School Online

CERTIFICATE INFORMATION
Riverside County courts require that all traffic schools including Traffic101.com® have their certificates of
completion processed by an independent company called
Coordinated Court Services (CCS). CCS will send your certificate directly to the court for you.
Completion certificates are sent electronically via CertiTrac, a certificate tracking system. (Note: Standard
processing via CertiTrac, may take up to three business days to reach the court.) You will also receive a
confirmation email stating that your certificate was mailed to the court.
