Same day certificate processing is valid when you complete the course by 2pm (PST) on regular business days Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If you complete the course after 2pm (PST) or on a weekend or holiday, your certificate will be mailed the following business day. To ensure your certificate is received on time, we recommend completing the course at least 10 days prior to your due date.

If you have received your citation through the California counties of Butte, Glenn, Imperial, Stanislaus, Napa, Riverside, Santa Cruz, Lassen, or Tuolumne, same day processing and express mailing options may not apply. These courts require all traffic schools including Traffic101.com® to process certificates through a third party agency, Coordinated Court Services (CCS). All certificate related questions should be directed to them by calling (888) 647-3926.

If you have received your citation through the California counties of Amador, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Mendocino, Modoc, Plumas, San Francisco, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano or Tulare, same day processing and express mailing options may not apply. These courts require all traffic schools including Traffic101.com® to process certificates through a third party agency, National Traffic Safety Administration (NTSA). All certificate related questions should be directed to them by calling (800) 539-8188.

If you have received your citation in the state of Florida, same day processing and express mailing options may not apply. You must contact our Florida affiliate, National Traffic Safety Institute (NTSI), regarding questions about your certificate or to request express delivery after you have completed your final exam. NTSI can be reached at (888) 312-6874.

Traffic101.com® is not responsible for certificates delayed or lost by the USPS, FedEx or the court. Shipping problems with USPS or FedEx must be directed to that company’s customer service department. Once the court receives your certificate, Traffic101.com® has no control over how quickly the court processes your certificate. It is the student’s responsibility to follow up with the court to ensure that the certificate was processed and the case was cleared.

I.Shipping:

Orders received by 2pm (PST) on regular business days (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) will be shipped that day via regular First Class Mail. Delivery time is estimated at 1-3 days but not guaranteed. Express delivery options are available for an additional fee. Traffic101.com® is not responsible for workbook packages delayed or lost by USPS or FedEx. Please allow enough time to receive the workbook package and complete the course before your due date.

All traffic schools including Traffic101.com®, are required by law to provide student identity verification for students in the following areas: the states of Nevada, Idaho, Texas and the California counties of Alameda, San Diego, Kings, Kern, San Bernardino and Mendocino.

Traffic101.com® agrees to grant a full refund to any student that cancels the enrollment contract before completing the final exam. Any student that has completed the final exam, has willfully misrepresented himself or has cheated is ineligible for a refund.

Any student who has not successfully completed the course within 180 days will be terminated without notice and will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be completed within 30 days after the effective date of enrollment termination.

Please note: We cannot make changes to the court district or reason for taking traffic school once you have completed the course.

Any items supplied to the customer (including web camera, software, workbook) must be returned in their original condition at the customer’s expense in order to be eligible for a full refund.

II. Start Now Pay Later

The Start Now Pay Later option allows students to view a portion of the course at no charge. After the trial portion of the course is complete, students who choose to continue with the course must submit payment in full. This option is not available for Florida and Texas courses.

The prize is one (1) free traffic school course with Traffic101.com®. Prizes have no cash value, cannot be traded in for a refund and are not transferable. Winners are notified immediately upon submitting the registration form. You will not be notified if you do not win. By entering you agree to allow Traffic101.com® to post your name on our website if you win. Traffic101.com® will not sell your personal information to anyone or send you any form of email advertisements. The odds of winning are 1 in 100. This offer not valid for Texas courses.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The information provided within the course is accurate to the best of our knowledge. However, no guarantee of suitability for any purpose is offered or implied. No responsibility is assumed by Traffic101.com® for any use, or for any consequences resulting from any use of the information.

It is the student’s responsibility to:

• Make sure they are eligible to take the Traffic101.com® course for their chosen court,
• Provide accurate personal information during registration,
• Study the course material and complete the final exam without any outside help,
• Complete the course within the time allotted by the court or other agency,
• Follow up with the court to ensure the certificate was received and the case cleared.

By registering for the Traffic101.com® program you agree to submit any dispute arising under this agreement, except a dispute alleging criminal violations or seeking punitive damages or damages for mental anguish, to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Better Business Bureau (Binding). A volunteer arbitrator will render a decision based upon fairness, not necessarily upon legal principals, but it will be final and binding on both parties. Judgment on the decision may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You will not have to pay anything for arbitration.

This agreement to arbitrate affects important legal rights. Neither you nor Traffic101.com® will be able to go to court for a dispute once there is an agreement to arbitrate.
